How do I pay for my order?

You can pay using:

• PayFast (which includes debit cards, QR codes, credit cards and other payment methods),
• Cash on Collection,
• Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) and
• Other payment methods available via PayFast

Can I pay for my order in instalments or via lay-buy?

• No, we don’t offer lay-buy as a payment method or monthly repayments.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

• We don’t offer cash on delivery. But, we offer cash on collection; all collections must be planned ahead of time (by appointment only).

How does cash on collection work?

• All orders for cash on collection must be planned ahead of time by booking an appointment with us.
• Collections that cost more than R1,000 may need a 50% fee. There is no cost to use collections.

• How long does it take to get my order? You can get your package the same day in Gauteng (depending on the time the order is placed). We deliver to other provinces between 24 and 72 hours.
• Can I change where the order is sent after I’ve placed my order? Yes, you can change your delivery address after you’ve placed your order, if the order has not been shipped. Send an email to shop@naijamart.co.za to change your shipping address.
• What kinds of delivery do you offer? We work with The Courier Guy for our deliveries. You can also get your order delivered to the Pep Store closest to you by Paxi. It takes three to five work days for Pep Stores to deliver.
