- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Certain perishable goods, such as fresh food items, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or videos of the damaged product along with your order number.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer).
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
- For cash-on-delivery payments, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Bank details must be provided during the refund process.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Perishable goods such as fresh food and beverages.
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable during purchase.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer.
