How to prepare
- Mix ½ cup of Neat Plantain Fufu Flour with approximately ¾ cup of water.
- Place the mixture over medium heat.
- Stir and knead continuously for four to five minutes.
- Add small amounts of water if needed until you reach your preferred consistency.
- Shape into a ball and serve warm with your favourite soup.
